Enjoy your Coffee!

A group of alumni, highly established in their careers, got together to visit their old university professor.

Conversation soon turned into complaints about stress in work and life. Offering his guests coffee, the professor went to the kitchen and returned with a large pot of coffee and an assortment of cups -porcelain, plastic, glass, crystal, some plain looking, some expensive, some exquisite - telling them
to help themselves to the coffee.

When all the students had a cup of coffee in hand, the professor said: "If you noticed, all the nice looking expensive cups were taken up, leaving behind the plain and cheap ones. While it is normal for you to want only the best for yourselves, that is the source of your problems and stress. Be assured that the cup itself adds no quality to the coffee. In most cases it is just more expensive and in some cases even hides what we drink. What all of you really wanted was coffee, not the cup,but you consciously went for the best cups... And
then you began eyeing each other's cups.

Now consider this:
Life is the coffee; the jobs, money and position in society are the cups. They are just tools to hold and contain Life, and the type of cup we have does not define, nor change the quality of Life we live.

Sometimes, by concentrating only on the cup, we fail to enjoy the coffee God has provided us." God brew the coffee, not the cups.......... Enjoy your coffee!"

Why Women Cry

A little boy asked his mother, "Why are you crying?""Because I'm a woman," she told him."I don't understand," he said. His Mom just hugged him and said, "And you never will.

"Later the little boy asked his father,"Why does mother seem to cry for no reason?""All women cry for no reason," was all his dad could say.

The little boy grew up and became a man, Still wondering why women cry.

Finally he put in a call to God. When God got on thephone,He asked, "God, why do women cry so easily?"

God said: "When I made the woman she had to be special.
I made her shoulders strong enough to carry the weightof the world, yet gentleenough to give comfort.
I gave her an inner strength to endure childbirth and therejection that many times comes from her children.
I gave her a hardness that allows her to keep goingwheneveryone else gives up, and take care of her familythrough sickness and fatigue without complaining.
I gave her the sensitivity to love her children under anyand all circumstances, even when her child has hurt her very badly.
I gave her strength to carry her husband through his faults and fashioned her from his rib to protect his heart.
I gave her wisdom to know that a good husband never hurts his wife, but sometimes tests her strengths and her resolve to stand beside him unfalteringly.
And finally, I gave her a tear to shed. This is hers exclusively to use whenever it is needed."

"You see my son," said God, "the beauty of a woman is not in the clothes she wears, the figure that she carries,or the way she combs her hair. The beauty of a woman must be seen in her eyes, because that is the door way to her heart - the place where love resides."
